RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Before Making a Return Request

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all unbroken paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached.
Note: in this situation, we will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

  • Please wait until the package is received before making a return request, even if you want to cancel.
  • If you refuse to accept or collect the delivery, we can’t process the return.
  • If the package is returned due to personal reasons, we will ask for repaid shipping and cannot offer a refund.

Personal Reasons Include:

  • Wrong address / No consignee
  • Invalid contact / No response
  • Refusal to pay customs/duties
  • Failure to collect package in time

Special Provisions

A receipt or proof of purchase is required. You will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
Please do not return purchases to the manufacturer.

Damaged Products & Delivery

All products are inspected before shipment. If damaged or defective, we’ll replace or refund, depending on availability. Delivery charges are not refundable unless the item is the only one in the order.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 days after receipt of return. Refunds will appear in your original payment method within 3–15 business days. Original shipping and insurance fees are not refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (3–15 business days delay possible).
  3. Then contact your bank.

Shipping Instructions for Returns

  • All return requests must be approved before sending. Please request a return form and address via email.
  • Do NOT return items to the shipping label address.
  • No restocking fee. Return shipping is non-refundable and may be deducted.
  • For returns over $75, use a trackable service or purchase insurance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items in transit.

Returns will not be processed without delivery proof. Rejected packages before delivery are not eligible for refund.
